Tang Jia Da Tang Yuan: A Recommended Miaoli Delicacy by Mayday!

My sister said that this is the meatball recommended by Mayday's Guan You.

That day, my mom mentioned that when he last visited Miaoli, he didn't get to try a meatball. Coincidentally, on our way back from Hsinchu's Sanyao, we decided to stop by and taste it.
The size is approximately double the size of what most people would associate with a meatball. The filling inside is not like the typical minced pork, but rather a combination of sliced meat and bamboo shoots. Surprisingly, it is not greasy to eat as a whole.

The accompanying sauce is quite unique, with a generous amount of garlic and scallion soy sauce. The chili provided by the shop is also very good. I recommend adding some if you like spicy flavors.

Important note: I find the sweet soup to be very worthwhile. It only costs five dollars and doesn't require washing a bowl!
